Creamy Avo-Coconut-Banana Smoothie

This smoothie is ideal for breakfast, or a mid morning meal. It is not intended for after a workout because fat slows down protein assimilation (which you don’t want after breaking down your muscle fibers during your sweat session). It’s creamy texture and tropical flavor will put you in paradise! 🙂    Creamy Avo-Coconut-Banana Smoothie 430 calories, 25g protein, 38g carbs, 23g fat (healthy fat!) 

  • Avo-Coconut-Banana Smoothie8oz unsweetened coconut milk
  • 1 frozen organic banana
  • 1 cup frozen organic spinach
  • 1/4 ripe avocado 
  • 1 serving organic vanilla vegan protein
  • 2 Tbsp hemp hearts
  • 1 Tbsp organic, unsweetened/unsulfered coconut flakes
