Acai Coconut Quinoa

image011You have try this for breakfast! Acai-Coconut-Quinoa: 1/4 to 1/3 cup Quinoa Rice & Shine with 1/2 to 2/3 cup water or vanilla unsweetened almond milk + 1 tsp cinnamon + 1Tbsp coconut oil + 7 drops liquid stevia (I like vanilla cream) + 1 scoop SoTru OrganicAcai (loaded with antioxidants). Cook QuinoaRice & Shine and liquid over stove, stirring frequently until oatmeal consistency. Add to bowl and mix in other ingredients. = Delicious! Let me know if you want more recipes using the Quinoa Rice & Shine, I have lots!
