Chocolate Chia Pancakes 

{{Gluten free, Dairy free, Vegan, Delicious!}}

Nutrition info per pancake: 163cals, 5.5g sugar, 25g carbs, 9g protein, 3g fat

Makes 8 pancakes 

 
Ingredients: 

Directions: 

  • Add all ingredients together in a blender or Vitamix and blend until everything is incorporated. 
  • Pour onto heated pan, oiled with coconut oil {TIP: if oil smokes it is going rancid and carcinogenic…turn down the heat} 
  • These pancakes come out a little gooey on the inside (which I think is delicious) but may take a little extra time on the pan to get to the right texture you like. Keep flipping. 
  • Serve sprinkled with powdered Stevia, 100% maple syrup, raw honey, diced strawberries, or just simply plain like I did. 
  • Goes nice with a cold glass of vanilla unsweetened almond milk too!
