Holi-Fit Hotty Toddy

I am so excited to share this little concoction of mine with you all! This is the first thing I make in the morning to start the day off right. You can make this toddy up to 3 times a day for an even deeper detoxing effect. This drink will rock your world!! It will fire up your metabolism, help you lose fat, flush out toxins, ballance your pH levels, regulate your blood sugar, wake up your digestive tract for the day and obliterate free radicals in your body that lead to aging and a weak immune system. All of these wonderful things in one little mug!! Don’t take my word for it, try it yourself and tell me how you liked it! Holi Fit Hotty Toddy 8 oz. hot water 1 ginger tea bag (or 1/2 inch fresh ginger thinly sliced) 1-2 Tbsp lemon juice 1-2 Tbsp apple cider vinegar (Braggs is best- make sure it’s unfiliterd) 1/2 tsp cinnamon (it won’t mix as well because it’s fat soluable, just keep stirring 😉 A dash of cayenne pepper (to taste, a little goes a long way) 1/4 tsp of turmeric Stevia (to taste, again a little goes a long way!) Seep the ginger tea bag ( or fresh ginger) for 3-4 minutes in hot water, remove. Add lemon juice, apple cider vinegar, cinnamon, cayenne, turmeric and stevia to the water and stir. Drink in your favorite mug and enJOY!
