It also kick starts your metabolism and keeps it humming throughout the day. (Even while sitting at your desk at work) Get a quickie in each morning; lace up your running shoes and head out the door with a little HIIT session to get your day started right. Beginner: Warm up Jog 5mins 8 x 30secs sprints 1½ min jog/walk between each sprint Cool down Jog 5mins Intermediate: Warm up Jog 5mins 12 x 30secs sprints 1mins jog between each sprint Cool down Jog 5mins Advanced: Warm up Jog 5mins 12 x 45secs sprints (uphill if desired) 45 secs jog between each sprint Cool down Jog 5mins
