This week I am challenging you to RISE & SHINE every morning. What does that mean? Waking up with intent, inspiration, vision and to set those into motion. For this week I want you to wake up, put on your workout gear and do at least 30 minutes of exercise, whether it’s running 15 minutes from your house and 15 minutes back, doing a sun salutation in your living room or jumping rope in your backyard. Get up and get going! While your heart is pumping through your workout, I want you to envision your goals for the day, picture your day unfolding beautifully and set your intentions. Say the Positive Affirmation of the Week to yourself over and over and believe it in your heart. Your subconscious is a mighty and powerful tool that can be harnessed and used for your benefit. See-Believe-Achieve. After your workout you will feel more inspired to accomplish these heart felt visualizations and you’ll be ready to shine through the rest of your day!
