Total Body Tuesday: Travel Workout

I am in TX this morning, the 4th state I have been in in the last 4 weeks. I love traveling, seeing new places and having new experiences but it can get in the way of a healthy lifestyle if you let it. It might take a little extra thought, time and effort to get your healthy meals and workouts in; like packing your Vitamix (which I have been known to do) or taking the stairs up to your hotel room every time and finding the nearest health food market as soon as you arrive… but where there is a will, there is a way.  2013-04-23 13.05.23Here’s a simple & challenging workout you can do in your hotel room with your body weight, a resistance loop and band. It’s the workout I am doing today after I submit this post. Try it with me today in your living room for your Total Body Tuesday workout. And next time you are on the road; crank up the music, open your hotel window to the view and move your body!
