Weekly Challenge: NO EXCUSES

It’s June and only 3 weeks until it’s officially summertime!! No time for excuses or procrastination, we need to stay focused on our fitness goals to look and feel our best as we bask in the summer glow. 

This week I am challenging you to not only let go of your excuses, but knock ’em out!! Whenever you hear that little voice in your head telling you, “I don’t have time”, “I am too tired”, “I’m too stressed” or fill in the blank. I dare you to come up with an even better reason why you SHOULD work up a sweat or why you SHOULDN’T eat that big cheesy bowl of pasta.  

Write down 3 reasons why you want to be fit and happy this summer and how it would make you feel:

Whenever those pesky excuses creep up, remind yourself of these three things that are so important to you. Remember:
