What’s on Your Fall List?

I don’t know about you, but the end of summer snuck up on me! There were so many things I had planned in my head that I wanted to do this summer, and before I knew it it’s fall. This seems to happen to me every year… can you relate?   From now on I have decided to make a physical list of all of the things I want to accomplish during the season (like mini goals). I am going to try to check off a few of my list items every week to keep my life fit, fun & festive!   After all, we take care of our bodies and our health so that we can live our lives to the fullest right!? We should squeeze out every drop of goodness from every day because we only get one time around on this crazy ride.   Here is the list that I have made for this fall… and I know I will be adding as I go too. I am hoping it will inspire you to create a list as well! If you do, please share it with us on the Facebook wall. I’d love to see what you’ll be up to this Autumn.    2013-10-03 17.31.36   I created a Pinterest Board too to help me visualize what I want to do this fall… plus it gets me even more in the fall mood looking at all the changing leaves, scarves and boots, since we don’t quite experience the same “fall” here in AZ.
