When life gives you lemons, make “Muddled Ginger-Mint Lemonade

image013Ingredients: 1/2 lemon (cut into wedges) 1-inch piece fresh ginger (peeled and sliced) 4 sprigs fresh mint 1 1/2 teaspoons raw honey 1 to 2 oz water Ice Directions: Muddle lemon, ginger, mint, and honey in a glass. Stir in water. Top with crushed ice.
